Born in May 1963, Mr Xie Chunlin is both a senior captain and a senior economist with an EMBA from Shanghai Maritime University. He graduated from the Department of Navigation from Dalian Maritime University in 1983. He is an experienced Master Mariner through years of shipboard services from 3rd officer, 2nd officer, Chief Officer to Captain at Shanghai Maritime Transportation Bureau, and the Deputy Officer of the Monitoring Department of Shanghai Shipping Group. He was also serving under China Shipping (Group) Company as the Deputy Director of the Dispatching Sector of the Transportation Department, Managing Director of the Indonesian branch, Managing Director of the Netherlands Office, Vice President of the China Shipping (Europe) Holding GmbH, and the Chief Representative of the Mediterranean Office of China Shipping (Group) Company. He was the Deputy General Manager of China National Development Corporation Co., Ltd. from March 2009 to September 2012, the Managing Director of China Merchants Energy Shipping Co., Ltd. from October 2012 to December 2018, and has been the Chairman of China Merchants Energy Shipping Co., Ltd. since December 2018.
He is currently the General Manager of the Finance Department of Sinopec Group. He joined the Finance Department of Sinopec Group in 1995 and has served as the Chief Accountant and member of the Party Committee of Sinopec Hainan Refining & Chemical Limited Company, Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant of Sinopec Chemical Commercial Holding Company Limited and China International United Petroleum & Chemicals Co., Ltd. (UNIPEC), and has served in his current position since December 2019, and has also served as Director of Shanghai Zheshi Futures Co., Ltd. since June 2019.
He is a senior engineer graduated from the Port Machinery Design and Manufacturing of Wuhan Institute of Water Transportation Engineering, and has a doctoral degree in Administrative Management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Serving as General Manager and Party Secretary of Sinotrans & CSC Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and the Logistics and Shipping Division Head of China Merchants Group Ltd. He once served as Engineer of China Communication Planning and Design Institute for Water Transportation, Container Division Head of the Water Transport Department, Deputy Director of the Waterborne Transportation Institute, Navigation Management Bureau Director of the Three Gorges Navigation Authority, Director of the Water Transport Department of the Ministry of Transport, Director of the Water Transport Bureau, Deputy Chairman of Sinotrans & CSC Group, Standing Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee. He has also been the General Manager of Sinotrans & CSC Group Co., Ltd. and the Logistics and Shipping Division Head of China Merchants Group Ltd. since June 2016; the Party Secretary of Sinotrans & CSC Group Co., Ltd. since November 2017; and the Vice Chairman of the Company since August 2018.
Prior to his current position, Mr Wang Yongxin served a variety of management positions in the COSCO Shipping Bulk CO., Ltd, including General Manager of the President\'s Office, Deputy General Manager of the Shipping Department, Director of Legal Department, General Manager of the Integrated Business Department, as well as the Director of President’s Office. Joining the China COSCO Shipping (HK) Group in December 2012, Mr Wang Yongxin served as the Group\'s General Manager of President\'s Office, Assistant to the President and Chief Legal Adviser. He joined the China Merchants Group later in January 2017 as the Deputy Director of the Infrastructural Facilities and Equipment Manufacturing Department/Overseas Business Department, as well as the Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department. He has been serving as the President of CMES since January 2019.

He has been Director of the Company since March 2008; the General Manager from June 2012 to September 2012; and the Chairman of Board from January 2016 to December 2018.

He worked at the Yangpu Economic Development Zone Administration of Hainan Province from 1994 to 1997; then as Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the R&D Department from 1997 to 2005; Deputy General Manager of Chiwan Container Terminal Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Shenzhen Magang Cangma Co., Ltd. from 2006 to 2009; Assistant to the General Manager of China Merchants International Co., Ltd. and General Manager of the Planning and Commerce Department from 2009 to 2011; Deputy General Manager of China Merchants International Co., Ltd. from 2011 to 2015. Capital Operation Department Head of China Merchants Group Co., Ltd. since 2015.
He is currently the Vice General Manager and a member of the Party Committee of UNIPEC. He joined Sinopec Zhenhai Petrochemical General Factory in 1991 and served in Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. from 1993 to 2006. From October 2006 to March 2015, he served as the Director of Economic Trade Division, Deputy General Economist, Director of Operation and Planning Division, Deputy General Manager and Party Committee Member of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company. From June 2002 to October 2010, he also served as the General Manager of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical International Trade Co., Ltd., and has been in his current position since March 2015. He is also serving as the Director of Sinopec Insurance Co., Ltd. from June 2019 and Sinopec Group Petroleum Commercial Reserve Co., Ltd. since October 2019.

(601919.SH), Vice Chairman of COSCO International (00517.HK), Executive Vice Chairman and President of COSCO (Hong Kong) Group Co., Ltd., etc. During his tenure, he obtained a master’s degree in Transportation Management Engineering at Shanghai Maritime University, and a doctoral degree in Corporate Management at International Business School of Nankai University.
She graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic (now known as the Hong Kong Polytechnic University) with a Higher Diploma in Accounting and was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2016-2017. She was a partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu / Deloitte China from 1990 to 2016. Her current roles include Treasurer of the Council of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, a member of the Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee of ICAC, a member of the Communications Authority, a member of the Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an independent trustee of the University Pension Fund. She is also an Independent Non-executive Director of China Resources Pharmaceutical, CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited and AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. She has been a member of the 10th, 11th and 12th Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference since January 2008. She has been appointed by the HKSAR as Justice of Peace in July 2013 and was awarded Bronze Bauhinia Star in 2017. She was nominated by the China Association of Women Entrepreneurs as one of the 100 Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs in China in October 2006.
